Employee Assistance Program
Aetna’s EAP offers up to 6 face-to-face or televideo counseling sessions per person/issue/year with a licensed counselor to help you deal with personal issues and the demands of life and work. The EAP also provides unlimited telephonic consultations to you, members of your household, and your adult children to age 26. The EAP can assist with topics such as:

- Grief and loss
- Stress management
- Depression and anxiety
- Work/life balance
- Self-esteem and personal development
- Family issues
- Child and elder care
Services are confidential and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
